Default '70 Scoop Insert Sheen

I'll apologize in advance for this popular question..... What is the correct gloss level for the '70 Judge hood scoop inserts? I'm not looking to start a debate of whether they might have been body color. This car had the original paint, and they were definitely black (Baja Gold car), but they were sun-faded to the point that determining the gloss was futile. I have read many of the previous posts on this, and most of the answers I've read say 60% gloss, but Paul Zazarine's book say's 0% gloss. Is there anyone who can provide an authoritative, no doubt about it answer? Thank you!

The correct shade is 60 degree gloss black.
I use duplicolor DE1635....it is an exact match.

What about if the Judge is black? Wouldn't it look odd with an entire gloss paint and the inserts being 60%?
