Default 65 Firewall code

Hello, need some help with these codes. About to put engine/trans back in and my friends shamed me in to cleaning up the engine room. They were not wrong. While cleaning center firewall i have found some marks probably painted over at the factory. Anyone know what these are? Car is a 65 tempest custom station wagon. cameo ivory/blue interior. I do not have PHS as of yet. Am thinking the C is for cameo. But the other 2..

Thanks,Jim

Agree with the Cameo Ivory for C

What does the cowl tag show for interior color?
(I thought maybe the 00 was for last 2 #'s in code, but found no 00)
