Arrow 1967 4BC / SPRINT HB

This 1967 4BC Engine Harmonic Balancer is a very weathered pc with no chips/cracks.

It is serviceable. I think the rebuild service is around $100/150 currently.

$25 shipped/lower 48

I don't think so this is a '67 230 and IIRC the 250 crank snout is larger.

Reach out to these guys they can fix that, runs around $180 for chip repairs.

Do you have any pictures of a balancer that has been rebuilt and/or repaired?

Sorry I do not.
If you go onto most of the main rebuilder's sites they show images of the process.
