Default Almost here!

My wife picked up my new to me ‘63 today. She’s driving it back from Colorado to our home in Wisconsin, with a few stops along the way to visit friends in Iowa.
If you recognize this car, it was sold by member “fasteddie” here on PY. Thanks Steve!
Looking forward to posting in the 61-63 section now.
Sorry, it’s the only pic she sent, her phone was almost dead when she picked the car up.

Oh yeah, they both are!
I think she has water in the tank from condensation. As soon as it gets down to 1/4 tank or so it has intermittent bucking/ breaking up. So it’s been a long trip for her, as she has to keep stopping to top it off

Great looking car and not many people bold enough to take that trip. Should be fun with a 400 in that lightweight

Oh, my wife is pretty fearless. I didn’t marry a princess! Sadly the brakes went out south of Cedar Rapids last night, so I ran out there with the trailer. Home safe and sound, but need to see if the master or a line went out. I called into work, so I’ll take a look today. Wish it wasn’t going to be a 3rd day of record highs here!
