From a " shark tank " perspective, it has a couple issues, but it seems very nice. Is the engine original?

I don't know it doesn't state that and says correct date coded trans. It's a nice car thou

Unfortunately no. He offered it to me, but I just have too many cars/projects going on currently.

It's a nice car. Many years ago I parted out a 1972 Formula 455HO automatic that same color. It was a very low option car.

That car was on eBay a while back, and if I recall correctly, it did not have the original engine or trans in it. Too bad, it's a way cool car, and it's also a very rare car, probably one of approximately 50-55 cars built with HO/RA/M22.
