Default '68 Tempest/GTO grills - non-hideaway style

1 pair of original '68 Tempest/GTO grills.

>I wetsanded part of one grill to assess the condition of the underlying plastic, other grill more "as is" w/original paint on it to help serve as a guide for repainting (argent silver and blackout areas).

>Some mount tabs were cracked so I repaired them w/new pieces fitted and used a good 2 part plastic-weld adhesive. It dries hard and melts into the surrounding ABS plastic so it holds strong. Did some shaping, etc to remove excess glue to allow installation of the clip-nuts. Left more repair adhesive on the backside for added strength.

6 mount tabs on one grill repaired and 3 on the other grill.

>There were some hairline cracks above the headlight area on one grill. Drilled out the ends of each crack and repaired with the same material. Sanded smooth on the front side.

>One one grill there was a worn/rubbed corner on each end - cleaned and filled/shaped those spots (SEE LAST TWO PICS).

>Headlight filler pieces, clip nuts and "PONTIAC" grill emblem included.

$200 + shipping to the lower 48. Ship charge may include $ for wood to build a "crate" around these for damage protection.

PM for payment options, etc. Can provide more pics, etc.
