Part Application question
NAPA SAL
I have a part that I think is pretty rare but not sure exactly what car (s) it was used on. The part number is 14039612. It is a oil pressure sender with rally gauges. It was superseded at LEAST 5 times. What is so unusual with this one is it has a NAIL HEAD type connector instead of the spade. I know the spade connector fits nail head also. My 70 parts catalog calls for a 6462137, my 79 parts cat says 370801, they all superseded to this newest number which is also discontinued. I saw on an old post on a Chevelle forum that someone had a 69 Chevelle with a nail head sender and cant find one but it also must fit some Pontiacs also. ALL replacements are spade. anyone know the application GTO this fits? The 79 catalog says 67-75 Pontiac. |

My question is, what cars came from the factory with nail head instead if the spade?, which is all you can get now. it must have been factory on some models.
