70 Engine Bay Detailing - Reproduction vs. Original Parts
Working on a 70 GTO and wanted to see if there were any opinions on replating original parts or buying reproductions for the following:
- Spark plug wire looms - Control arm shaft bolts and washers - Clutch components. Push rod, countershafts, etc. Any insight on these or any other detail items would be appreciated. |

I think most people in the hobby will agree that whenever viable always keep original parts rather than use repro junk. Of course time and cost constraints have to be considered, each owner has to make his own choices.
