The factory rubber mat, 70-72 went up on sides , over to parking lights and up to the spare tire mounting under package tray. Came up the filler neck area some as well.

That's moulded vinyl, not thick die-cut.

Its padded Vinyl, similar to 73 and up. 70 -72 were/ are thick
Molded rubber, could be die cut as you say . Both coverage is the same.

The firebird central is a repop of the original thick rubber mats.
The one pictured in post 42 is the repop of the 73 style lighter, and insulated carpet type mat.
