Yes Chris, you are correct my mistake. It was a second week of February build.

I have no reason to doubt the previous owner of my Blue Charcoal GTO as he's a good acquaintance of mine and he knows the original owner well.

Unfortunately, except for the repops, every Tri-Power from the 64-65 days
seen is the junk yard, 1967 time frame had the foams completely gone but the lids, screens and bases (and wingnuts & studs), were still on the carbs.

The foams were a bad idea all the way around.

The Police Officer of my town (former State of California racer) had me get rid of the foams and screens early on. Said the paper was much better.

I understand , but it can be made . I repo the tri-power foam filters & i could make them as well . That is why i asked if there was any script on it if you remember .
