63 manual console parts needed

I have a 63 Bonne w/4 speed. I have the console box, the plastic under parts, the 4-speed "plate" that surrounds the shifter and the part that attaches to the dash.

I need the part that goes between the shifter section and the dash section.

I am also looking for the silver boot for the 4-speed "plate". I have the rubber boot for the shifter porch.

Please let me know what you have!
