Removing enamel
HELP Need to remove some enamel paint stripes over base clear. There's also primer under the enamel. Is there a safe way to do this?

Possibly, but need more info: What type primer? how long ago were the stripes applied? If its a 2K epoxy primer, the only option may be to sand and then possibly re-clear. If the stripes are not too old (less than a month or so and not completely cured) you might be able to wash them off with lacquer thinner (this should not damage the clear).

2K urathane primer with arcylic enamel applied about 3 weks ago with no clear put over it. Its just 1/2 wide stripe door stripe not being straight with a body stripe. Thanks

I would try either lacquer thinner or preferably MEK. This should remove the acrylic enamel, may or may not cut the 2k primer, probably wont damage the clear coat much if at all if used lightly, but try in an inconspicuous spot first to be sure. Continued rubs with a rag soaked in MEK will probably break thru a properly cured clear after about 50-100 rubs. ( MEK rubs are a test to check for paint cure)
