anyone doing flags ?
I am working on them. I can do it but can't hold it very long. My profile pic is on Mt Washington's look out . It was 37 deg and windy !(6288 ft above sea level)

Its funny at my gym if you bench 315 no one blinks but do a flag and people come over to talk...lol
