Default anyone using a fitbit ?

My wife and I are using them and I love it. I like to track every thing and this helps.

Its a small step counter it tracks steps stairs and sleep then connected to the computer saves the info in charts and raw data as far as how active you are.

It encourages you to be more active and connected to friends and has a leader board as far as miles and steps and such. Its as cheap as 50.00 and some are close to 100.00 you can check it out on fit bit.com

My wife uses the " the Pebble" It is a small black rock looking device that she attaches to her shoe and it does the same thing.

I've got a body media device I've been using. It's neat, but it doesn't always track my exercise properly - it's good for running and jogging but things like riding the bike just aren't considered exercise to it.

That said, I've been tracking all of my food intake and that's done wonders for my health and waistline, even if just from shaming me into NOT eating something that isn't that great for me.
