I understand. If things pick up for you and you still have the car, We should talk. I Love your car. I hope things get better for you soon. As bad as you need the money, PLEASE don't "give" that car away as it is too nice and would cost a fortune to build a new one.

Thanks Scott, I appreciate the thought and it means alot to me that the car is appreciated as there is alot of my time and money getting it to this point. Gebphardt told us he would want 45-50K just for the rolling shell when we had it checked over without paint, drivetrain, or electronics. I really thought I priced it to sell quick but it is a lot of money and it takes someone with an understanding of what it is to see the value.

I think everyone is being very careful and not going any further into debt right now.

I will agree with this. Not only will I not get in debt Im afraid to spend what I have in my savings account. Unfortunately a lot of people's fun money is now surviving money.

No.I bought it less motor and transmission.I won't have time to get my engine in and sorted out by then.I plan to be there next year.My engine is a 535 IAII with wideport HP heads by Jim Robertson so hopefully I can run some good times.

That Bird should have no problem handling the power.

Default 69 Firebird

Hey Gata79, That 69 was originally mine in the late 80's and early 90's. But, those guys made major improvements and put some money into it. You should be very happy. Good Luck!

In fact, that's it in my avatar. Sure looks a lot different now, nice car.
