And thanks for the lead on the magazine... I will definitely pick up a copy of this beauty of a Trans Am. And good luck with your sale/trade, I would love to have one just like it in my future garage.

Good for you. Both of my kids have had a hand in building engines and working on the cars. When my daughter was 8 she helped rebuild the engine in the T/A. My son did the same thing when he was 10, rebuilding the engine in my grandmother's 75 Firebird 350. I bet if you put a TV and a recliner in the garage, you'll get your Dad back in there!

Haha yeah that'd probably do it... I'm hoping that if I keep nagging him eventually it will come back to him. Now that my 72 is covered in about a foot of snow I had a good heart to heart with him today about getting it in the garage and I think I made some progress... Only time will tell. But it's great to hear about your kids getting involved. It's a shame many kids nowadays are into the Jappanese mobiles and such, so it's always good to see parents teaching there kids about the good ol' American cars.

It's a new year and I'm getting itchy to start a new project. Still looking for anyone out there with a 73 SD they want to trade.

Hey, I'll even gve you the first right of refusal if I ever sell it when it's finished!
