Personally I'd do a driver restoration on it and drive it, screw the full pro resto, it doesn't need one, unless it's for a collection.
Truely amazing what a wash, vacuum and new carpet can do.

Yeap, And i've enjoyed driving pseudo-survivor condition moreso than showcar. Sold my rare Sprint showcar because of the stress every time i took it out.

I also did not get a call back. I did get an e-mail response. I asked if he could confirm the Driveline was original to the car. He could not but said when he bought it he was told it was. I then asked for the VIN and got not response.

Like what kind of requests? I've heard that people selling cars jump thru hoops for potential d-bag buyers and nothing...

I believe the person who bought it will likely flip it. I had hoped for a chance at it as well but the guy never called me back and I called him within an hour of the posting.

Regardless, Dave Hall has bought car and no one really knows the details or selling price. Restore a muscle car will be looking for a lot more dough than the asking price for sure. How much? They can ask whatever they want, and never divulge actual numbers.

This was 15 miles from my house. I saw the listing on Friday as well. I was going to buy it if everything checked out.. The add was gone on Sunday when I went to move on it.

Just met the car on a trailer heading south into Sioux City IA and was wondering who picked it up.
