This has NOT been a problem with the rustoleum part epoxy. I have heard this happening with painted floors.

With the info here and what I have been seeing elsewhere, I'm leaning towards the Rustoleum. This is mostly a workspace at this time rather than a garage with cars getting pulled in after a run.
