OK,a few more baby steps.Had a great meeting with them today, great thing is they are car guys! They have the latest scan and the 3D printed intake and will confirm their estimate within a week or so and also the cost to make a xtra pattern for the intake flange change. He thinks 3 patterns for the early one and a flange change to do the late style.Right now the machining cost is a issue because of the small amount we have to spread the cost of tooling and programing for the CNC.Hope to have everyting nailed down in a week or so.Im going to build 10 early and 15 late as of now.I am 99.9% sure I wont make another run!Tom

Sounds like great news from your report, Tom. Looking forward to the final word from you on a run. I have to ask if this is really the only place the word is out on this possible production run and if you want to try and secure more orders? This is really the only Pontiac site I frequent, but my guess is there are many other good social media platforms and boards where many more orders could be secured. Also, primary Pontiac restoration vendors may want to purchase a few of each style just to have them available for the rare customer that inquires. Like you said, order them now or don't whine later when they are all gone! Thanks again for all your efforts.

Understand. I am supposed to be retired too! I have never been busier! Don't seem to be very good at it.

Thanks for the pics !
Feel like a kid with my nose against the glass, been told it's a sickness... that turned out nice, several different types of finish.
I "am amazed". There are probably more finish options, wondering what the price tag was, I'm assuming that's aluminum?
