Default Cooling Fan

I picked up a lot of Pontiac engine parts the other day and with them was this fan. Would any one have any idea what engine it may be for? I was thinking Olds.

Does the fan have any numbers stamped into it?

All the parts were for a 70 455 HO Auto engine. I have seen lots of 7 bladed Pontiac fans but never a 6 bladed fan. I will have to look to see if there are any part#'s on it or the cltch. Just guesing it looks like it 16 or 17".

What diameter is it? I'm very interested in your question, as I have a very similar looking fan that was on the 1970 400ci non-A/C engine that was in my '66 GTO when I got it. Like yours, it's a 6-blade design, but mine measures 19.5". I've never been able to figure out what it came from, or even if it's from a Pontiac or not.

Yours looks to have sharper corners than mine does, and also the blades are attached to the center section a little differently.

just measured it at 19.5" across but I cannot see any #'s on it other then TX2 stamped on one of the blade attachment point just like yours. Clutch does not show any numbers either.

No numbers on the clutch sounds like it might be a replacement aftermarket Everco .
