Reference for aluminum wheel repair/alteration ? Who ?

Anyone have a reputable source for wheel alterations, such as plug welding and re-drilling of bolt patterns in forged aluminum wheels. I have been asked for the above and am trying to point him in the right direction. Aluminum alloy is 2014-T6 aircraft grade.
