Whats it worth thread.
Son is thinking on selling his Catalina.
1969 2 dr hardtop, 400-400, mayfair maze yellow with black interior. Been sitting for a while. will start & run with a new battery. Needs restoration or drive & fix it up. Rough numbers on what its worth???? Sorry for the small pic, only one in the computer. NO rust. Car sold new in Ohio in 70, came to Az in fall of 70 & been here ever since. Rebuilt front end 3 years ago, rebuilt engine 6 years ago. BIG O'l car!!!

I'd guess somewhere between $1000-1500 if you wait for the right buyer. Less if you need a quick sale.

The bad news is that isn't a highly sought after car. The good news is it's a 2 door, has a solid body, rebuilt engine and front end. My guess is it should bring $2K to maybe $3K depending on other factors like interior condition, chrome, etc. Options help the price also.
