Default 2001 bonneville SSEI

Picking up a 2001 Bonneville SSEI, Anyone know of some good power upgrades for it's 3.8. chips pulleys etc. what can you get out of that little motor? 3.8 small supercharger 240 h.p. stock i believe.

Get in touch with Pontiacjeff... he specializes on these...his 91 Bonnie runs in the elevens...

I owned a 2002 SSEi and enjoyed it very much. But never got around to modifying it at all. Just a warning. Keep a eye out for the front spindle shaft bearings. They go out on those things. Especially with more power added. Enjoy that Bonne. I would still have it if it had not been totalled in a freak hail storm. The Heads up display windsheilds are over $900 alone. Mark L

ZZPerformance in Michigan has a bunch of aftermarket 'hop up' parts for the series II 3.8.

Thank's for all the help. Heading to Mass. tomorrow to get the left 3/4 nose pieces. Picking the car up sat. Took a light hit to the nose. But for a grand I'm not bitchin.
