Professionally built hot rod Q-jet
Professionally built hot rod Q-jet. This was built from a low mileage TA core by Joe Scott. It was built for a 550 hp iron head combo and performed flawlessly. It may need to be freshened as it's been sitting for many years since used last. Everything appears to be in good condition and works as should. The choke assembly has been removed but the plate is still in place and locked open. The secondary jet orifices were replaced with larger screw jets but still uses metering rods. Primary throttle shaft bushings have been installed. This carburetor ran great on the application it was built for, but may need some fine tuning for another combination. This carb would also be legal for Super Stock.
