Must be the Brown's old car with the top changed.

Yes the wheels are obvious; but where is, who has, and is it the second Laurentian car?

I know this is an old thread.

But, I recently had to take some pictures of my 71 Judge for an upcoming HPP article (March 08). So, I thought I would share the ones they didn't use.

White cars are hard to get those beauty shots, and they will probably look very amateur when the magazine comes out.

Yah, white cars are terrible for pics…….better sell it to me before those pics come out! The value of your car will drop enormously. Sell it to me while you can! LOL

Thanks for all the compliments on the 71 Judge!

I probably should have gave more information on why I had to take my own pictures for HPP. My car was a small part in a bigger story.

But, what started as a photo shoot for GM that involved the three Judge years (Red 70, White 71, and Blue 69) on Woodward Ave for an upcoming 100 yr anniv book by the GM Design Studio. It wasn't until the GM guys contacted the HPP guys that got turned into a HPP feature story on the Judge. BTW: The GM design studio guy is a big GTO fan and owned the 69 Blue Judge in the photo shoot too.

So, the 71 Judge should get some good press from this, but was just a small part of the big story. Also, the GM photographer took some really cool night time pictures of all the Judge's, and also has a 69 GTO RA IV car too! It will be a great book about GM concept cars and ofcourse the Judge.

I ran into Jeff (owner of the blue 69 Mike mentions) at the Pure Stock Drags. He was talking with Dennis Jensen (owner of the red 70). Jeff remembered me since I trailered Mike's white 71 to Detroit for this photoshoot. Jeff told me the photos they took were being edited and looked OUTSTANDING.

Cool pictures John! What the chances of that being a real Judge? The White/Ivory car was for sale by a surgeon and is said to be in Sweden now. Maybe that is the one before it was sent abroad?

The other one is my favorite!

I think the white car that went to Sweden had the rally II's like the one John posted above. The white one in Mike's post just above looks like the car Mike Green restored and sold about 7 years ago to the next owner from Arizona, and the background in that pic. looks a lot like Arizona.

Yes, Rick in the one picture is the triple white with honeys, hood pins, and is the one GMP made a model of in my office. Loaded PHS and I would love to know who owns it now.

John's picture could be the Sweden car? Those look like PA plates too? I don't think it came with trim rings?

yes, it was optioned with trim rings according to the sales ad the doctor posted in Hemmings back in '78, I can also see the keystone state logo in the middle of that plate so kind of makes you think that's probably the Sweden car. Here's the link to that Hemmings ad that Steve has posted on his site:

Looks like vintage pictures, and meets the ad! If it is, and sure appears that way Steve will have to update his site with some cool pictures...

Anybody know for sure where that car is today? That car looks like it was in great condition unlike a lot of the other before pictures you see of the 71 Judge verts.

Yes, it's the one Tom Lane owned.
The pics are from 1977.

Steve said it supposedly went to Sweden and possibly been wrecked (totaled?)
