paul,i have spent way over 20k for parts on this car already-and its not finished yet. have more parts to buy on monday,but we are getting close. i know what you mean about doing cars for other people-i have only done cars for 2 guys-and the last one was a pain the a**.

pics dont show up too good in my dungeon.front accesories are on engine-distributor in and wires on. waiting for head pipes. should be running by the end of the week.

The restoration looks good. Is there a certain reason a '69 style master brake cylinder was used instead of a '70?

That is a beautiful car! Could you please answer a question from one who only owns a 1970 Cardinal Red GTO with red interior? Where did you get the interior( assuming it was not original) from?

PUI on the interior. you are right about master cylinder-will have to call the place i ordered it from and have them send me the right one.good eye!

gary-i dont keep track. some days it is up to 10 hours-some days just a couple. depends on what i feel like doing that day. when the car is getting really close,like this one-you are just glad to see the light at the end of the tunnel. i also have a buddy of mine-i know its hard to believe i have any- that has been coming over about 3 hours a night for the last 2 weeks. he has helped move it along quite a bit. he used to work for me when we were pumping these cars out a few years ago.

The right master cylinder is on. Waiting on a fan shroud and ram air battery cables. After that-drop car off for headliner- and DONE!!!!! Wont be firing it up until shroud gets here,I guess some battery cables would be very helpful too.
