Thanks man. Been threatening to make AZ my home for many years now. I know it's hot in the summer, but its hot in the summer in Utah as well. We did have a good time. Sold 7, bought 4.

No. Tried to get in on the 69 Trans Am but backed out as it hit a whopping 140,000. Weren't interested in any of the Judges. Also looked at the 72 Formula and while it was a highly optioned car, there was just to much wrong with it. We have several Pontiacs in the hopper to restore. Really looking for a 70 Lucerne Trans Am to build.

In no particular order: 70 Z28, 72 HO 455 Formula, 71 Trans Am, 70 Trans Am, 70 Roadrunner. Because I'm a one man operation and doing the resto work is about 2/3 of my job and I have 2 customer cars in the shop now, I may only get to one before the end of the year.

Talk to a original owner of a Black/red gut 4 speed 70 Judge while stationed in Hawaii. Now owns a survivor 69 Judge to compensate somewhat for selling the 70. Lives in Idaho now and loves being a Poncho lover in big sky country.
273, is PB's broinlaw and bud the guy wearing the 455 HO Tshirt? Scott and Dave?

Met those guys, great Pontiac guys, 68 Verdoro and a 69 Matador. Sounds like the 68 took a shot in the chin a year ago.....

Several different years the 69 CR Ram3 4spd Judges have hit near or above 6 figs after fees at BJ. And usually always 4-5 of them there, or more.
About 20elevenmillion built.

But think this is first time again in past several years for 6 fig zone.
And it ONLY ever happens at BJ.

Still great when it happens tho.

CR/Parchment - LibbyBlue/Parchy - Matador/Parchy = heart flutter combos for 69

I saw a recent tv spot that showes Jerry Seinfeld driving his personal CR 1969 Judge in NYC. That's my scientific reasoning behind BJ's rise in Judge values this year.

Got back home to cold, and saw a Mecum show on TV after hockey game. That's crazy on how many cars go thru these winter auctions..3K at Kissme.

Boy, the ones the predict a "dead" hobby soon might be dead wrong....

I don't plan on selling my car for any price now. It's the first car I bought when I was 17. Good to see the market come around if it is. But who is going to buy are cars in 20 years? I don't see the kids today interested in them or being able to afford them. I think I am going to take my car out for a drive!

Drag racing. An adrenalin rush like no other. It felt like going into combat, tasting your first beer, and losing you virginity, all in about 8 seconds.

Right now there are seventeen (17) 1969-1971 Judges on Hemmings.com, not including a few clones. I'd say there's a bit of a rush to sell Judges right now while they're hot.

Just wait until February, it will be a sea of orange with late run colors added to the mix.
I really wish I could get excited about the early Judges, but I like them best when they aren't Carousel Red.

Problem is, they're not hot. They're a great car, but they are just like they have always been. And the stupidity ended when the auction ended. I'm sure every CR Judge on the planet is now worth 100K, including mine, but lets wait and see how many sell. Im thinking 60 will be the average.

When you sign up to bid at Barrett Jackson, they require you to leave
your brains in a box by the entrance to the bidding floor. You are allowed to retrieve them when you leave!

Allowed yes. Most show up the following year without them.

Sounds like the groundwork for some kind of crazy "Judge based ponzi scheme"
