That's awesome Mike. Sometimes that is all a car needs, just a good fluffing. That is a great car you can enjoy and even though it may not be perfect, it looks incredible in that picture !

Here's the dry fit of said quarter...

Gordon, best to fix the bad before the fluff. Hence, new paint and stripes.

I think it needs a NOS hood tach from Don and hood latch by Craig....

Then, it will be a Jeff car with parts from Chris, Brian, Doug, and Mark fluffing by Darrell.

Still looking for a rear left wheel well molding. Definitely wouldn't happen without support from this PY forum!

Dang Mike! It looks like Darrell got carried away with the fluffing and buffed completely through the whole quarter panel (LOL). Your "fluff" job is taking the same path as my Formulas! The Judge is going to be great when finished.

BTW, I like the car behind yours.

As far as fluffing and puffing, that just doesn't sound right.
might fly in the decorating or hairstylist world, not here

This quarter had the poor attachment and never done correctly. Darrell said it was glued on and needed an inner wheel lip. Hard to fluff that. Other side was mucho better.

Looking good Mike, bet you are one happy camper now. I was going to make a reference to some GTO porn fluffing, like mating the quarter to the clean body, but thought better of it Nice work Darrell!

Beautiful Judge!! I remember back in the 80's when I ran over to superior Buick/Olds in Anniston, AL and ordered 2 new full quarters for my '70 for $300.00 per side and $150.00 per side for installation.

Beautiful '71! Would like to see some pics when you are done.

I saw that de-striped photo posted on Facebook by Darrell. Somebody commented "Is that a T-37?" and Darrell responded "It is now" lol got a kick out of that one....

Quarter looks great the Judge will be super nice after fluffing.
