i picked up a 72 Catalina - with a Pontiac 455-4
the motor is not mounted! i picked up some Catalina mounts and they dont fit! what mounts can i use? wasn't 455 an option for the Catalina? how would i find out? who would drop a 455 in their car & not mount it? is that moronic or is it me |

'72 Pontiacs certainly were available with a 455. It's hard to figure out what the problem is, it should bolt right in there.

guess the previous owner was lazy or a lame - o .
i guess drivin around wit an unmounted motor can do some serious damage to the drive train. |
