fuse is good but no power to brakelight switch also with ignition on both directional light on dash light also when using directionals both dash light flash but work correctly on outside car sat for 10 years and i had problems with bad connections with fuses

Elliot, check for corrison behind fuse holder. use a 12volt prob tester to make sure power is feeding on one side of the fuse if not it can not go thru the fuse, plus try a new fuse the old one may look good but if you haven't checked it with an ohm meter it could be bad good luck.
