i need some info on the a/c harness on my 65 gto.
does someone have a reliable link to a schematic for this system? if no schematic i need a few ?'s answered. what are the wire colors and positions in the blower speed resistor plug. does the a-body use a hi blower relay, if so what color and plug position are used? what are the colors and position in the under dash plug for the harness that runs thru the firewall? i think both schematics i have must be for a big car or there is a misprint in the one for tempest /lemans /gto listing. the wire colors in this harness don't match up to what is listed in the schematic and the plug for the master relay [and hi blower if it uses one] has been cut out of the harness. the car is a calif built car with a 3 week of dec build date. thanks for any info that can be provided, mike

Here's the first page of the full wiring diagram for a '65 A-body.

Here's the second page. I think you can save 'em to your drive, print each on a single piece of paper and perfectly match them up and tape together for an uninterrupted diagram

diagrams you need are in the AC supplement to the service manual, available as part of the CD for a 65.

Anyone know if the 65 A/C harnesses were the same for both manual and auto tranny cars? I thought there were only two types used...A/C vs. non A/C.
