When I activate turn signal the tach and speedo jump in time with the flasher. Same if I use power window switch or other accessory. Problem is getting progressively worse. Now turnsignal will sometimes cause CD player to stall. Also noticed that turning on headlights at an idle creates a drain on the engine speed. At the same time this all started, the car started to very briefly seem to "stall" at highway speed. Found a TSB that indicates the stall is caused by electrical issue but not specific about cause.
Battery and cables changed but that didn't work.

Any ideas?

You probably have a faulty connection on the battery feed wire to the dash/instruments or dash and instrumentation grounding.

As the directional signals draw current thru the wiring, a poor connection will cause a voltage drop, so anything connected on the directional side of that power feed will see tha drop and dance with it.

Stumbled on the solution last week. One of the postive leads from the battery to a relay/fuse
junction box was bad. Even though the cable initially appeared to be in good shape, the red plastic cap on the connection started to smoke and melt. That was the big clue as to where my problems were. Still having an issue with the transmission hesitating at highway speeds though.
