Not sure if the Catalina is exactly the same, but my 68 Cat convertible came with H78-14's on (I think) 14x5.5" rim, maybe 14x5.

tire sizes were listed inside on glove box door, or in glove box manual or sometimes on door by the lock. No alphabet codes in 1968

OK Thanks for the info_I'll chck out those places for the listing. I see other people trying larger rims and tires- and trying to get tem to fit inside the wheel wells. I'll try..
