this is an ebay auction I won. After receving this carburetor I relized that it was not the 7041267 I had purchased. how did I come to this conclusion? 1. The second booster ring appears to have been cut off 2. on the side of the carb it says "Manufactured by Carter for GMC" 3. There is no Assembly plant code 4. date code is 0702 I tried asking for a refund and using the ebay squaretrade service but I could not get a refund. I recently filed an ebay fraud claim for misrepresented merchandise, but I need a name and telephone number from an independent party saying that the merchandise was misrepresented to complete the fraud claim form. Can anyone here help me out? |

That's f@$king amazing! They make you get a 3rd party to verify your claim of misrepresented merchandise, but my privelages were revoked based on the testimoney on one flake.
 Oh well, the flake only merely inconvenienced me for a brief period. I'm back on EBAY under a different i.d.

E-Gay err i mean Ebay is a great place untill you actually have to deal with the company. They would leave you dead and bloody on the road if they could.

lol ya ebay is a kicker... had a guy say he sent me money and had the proof i cashed it.. i said ok send the proof.. and i ll send the item right away.. i could have made a mistake.. doubt it.. but crap happens... what was his response.. to threaten me and my family with death threats and that he was on the way that weekend... he lives about3 hours away... lol almost wish he would have... patrol car in my garage might have been a nice surprise. And Ebays response to me sending the headers and content of his emails... contact the cops.. lol already was done... and they said they ll allow him to keep selling..... gotta love their system.
