I HAVE A 71 LEMANS WITH THE 350 PONTIAC ENGINE.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE ROCKER STUDS AND ARMS SO THAT I CAN ADJUST THE VALVES LIKE YOU WOULD ON A SMALL BLOCK CHEVY?
ARE THE STUDS IN MY ENGINE A SCREW IN TYPE OR ARE THEY PRESSED IN?
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

We need the casting # from the heads to know what studs are in them. You can use locking nuts and spacer washers to make your rockers ajustable with either screw in or press in studs. If you have a stock cam I would not advise doing it. When I bought my performance Crane cam (272-2) it came with locking nuts and washers to use.
