Does anyone know the proper procedure on finding the pinion angle?....I have an angle finder, jsut don't know what to do with it. And is 3-4 degrees a good angle to achieve?, thanks, Bill

Adjustable control arms help alot in adjustments. Some people don't even wory about this much and just make sure its level. Results can vary greatly depending upon your car.

Minus 3 degrees at the rear end side would be a good place, if youwant to try and set the angle. Make sure your car is level with the exact tires and suspension you want on it.

The pinion angle is the subtracted amount between the driveshaft degrees and the degrees of the output shaft on the tranny. You will need a protractor for this, position the protractor on the back of the differential. Set this angle on the protractor to Zero. Then take the protractor to the BOTTOM far end of the driveshaft and read the angle there. This is the pinion angle.
