as far as the tach, there will be 3 connection. one is a ground, other is a power supply only when the key is turned on, and the third goes to neg side of coil (should be a brown wire). this wire going to coil had a small in-line fuse from factory. with the temp/oil guage, you will have to change the sensors in the engine. they are different sensors for idiot lights and guages.

I bought a gage cluster just for the tach.I already had the other gages, the tach has never worked. I have changed the fuse, still doesn't work. My question is the owners manual that comes with the car shows a different plug in on the fuse block for the tach, above where the harness hooked up. This unit came out of a GA. Does this need to be separated to work? All of the other gages work fine.
