Ken (aka Pontiac Dude) is professional, tolerated 32 stupid questions from me, and even an order change when they were ready to ship. The heads could not look any better, even painted nice.

You'd be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable Pontiac guy than Ken. He will take care of you right.

The reason he knew the answers to the "32 stupid questions" is because at one point in his life he asked the same ones.

Ken learned Patience from growing up in PA, and street driving in FLA.
