simple enough swap,
301 mounts for the block, possibly mid 70's t/a mounts will work but i can't confirm this. headers are available, but the good ones aren't cheap. mike

Indian Adventures makes both the motor mounts and headers for that swap.

I did the swap in a 80 Gp. I used the block mounts from a old 301 and the frame mounts for a 400, I got them at the local auto parts store.

How is your project going? I put a 400 (Pontiac) in to an 85 G Body (GP) and having a lot of fun with it.

it's going slow right now.i might be changing to another 78 regal body.what headers did you use?
