I've got some clearance issues and was wondering what my best combo would be. I am using a street dominator intake that has been modified for a dominator w/the 1" conversion spacer. I'm planning on using a Bigs 950HP w/dominator base; it comes with a 3/4" transition spacer that's supposed to increase torque by 12 ftlbs. With this setup on my 14" 1.5" dropbase filter I will only be able it install a 2.25" K&N filter. Will this effect airflow greatly? Or am I better off not using the 3/4" spacer an running a 3" filter?

12ftlbs on what?
Take your air cleaner off at the track. No more problem. Chance favors the prepared mind. |

For every single motor, for every single application?
I had a feeling that company was shady! Now I know it. Anywho, I think you'll be OK on the street. Like I said before, just take the cleaner off at the track. Chance favors the prepared mind. |
