I am having a clearence problem with installing the drivers side front pipe. The flange stud on the rear appears to be too close to the frame. It has been several years since I removed the exhaust manifolds. Are the two manifolds the same or is there a right and left side on a std 400? Were the flange studs real short or was there a bolt in there instead of a stud? I am a little frustrated at this point. Thanks

A "right" and a "left" side? You're kidding, right?

Brian, this just proves that there are times when you need to give up and try another day. I was back out under the car when I realized how stupid what I had written really was. I hope you had as good a laugh as I did. After that, I was able to get everything back on. I appreciate how polite your reponse was. I promise to think first and type later. LOL
