Thanks to Summit for getting my Edelbrock Shocks to me in 2 days. They were also able to tell me if they would work with the Eibach Springs I will be purchasing.

I've been dealing with Summit since before I can remember. I've never had even the hint of a problem, just fast, courtious service.

No problem it was a pleasure. Unfortunately for my bank account and fortunately for you I'll be ordering more stuff this month. Thanks again for the great service.

I'm another very satisfied customer of Summitt Racing.
Something all of you may or may not be aware of is that you can buy things from Summitt (and get their good pricing) that are not stocked by them. A number of times I've arranged with a manufacturer to crank out a custom part and asked if I could buy it through Summitt. Most have said "yes" and given me details of what to tell Summitt. Sometimes the items have even been "drop shipped" directly from the manufacturer to me. Great service!

I’ve been doing business with Summit for almost 20 years, and could not be more satisfied. When I have had a problem, they have corrected it immediately with out question, given me discounts, and/or free handling. Summit is hands down the BEST mail order company around!

I also have always ordered from Summit and recieved excellent service but my latest order and my dealings with Summit has soured my experience lately. I ordered the new TorquerII EFI intake in late February. At the time it was back ordered 2 weeks. No biggie. The delivery date has now changed so many times I've lost count. It may now deliver April 23 but I'm not holding my breath anymore. I've sold my carburated version weeks ago so here I sit and watch the days getting warmer. Scott Esterle replied to an earlier post of mine about the delay and said he could have it dropped shipped from Edelbrock. I e mailed him twice asking him to do that but recieved no reply. I have called three times asking if it was possible to get a no kidding delivery date. Twice I was told someone would call me back on it..no call..the third time I called, the guy said " I don't have to do anything but tell you it's backordered from Edelbrock". I think Summit jumped the gun allowing people to purchase an item that doesn't seem to be ready to sell. You can't order it from Jegs or anywhere else from what I've found. I understand that S*&^ happens but telling me that the problem is being looked into and getting no reply back just frustrates me futher. I'll continue to buy from them because 99% of the time there has been no hassle and its on my porch next day using UPS ground. A good company, I just got burned on this important item. Thanks for letting me vent.

I just today had my first hint of a problem with Summitt. I've had an MSD part on back-order from them for over a month, so I called MSD to see how soon they would manufacture it. Surprise- MSD said it's on the shelf! They suggested I tell Summitt to call them. When I relayed this to Summitt, they seemed hesitant to call MSD, and said they would get back to me, but no call today; hopefully tomorrow.

Lemans, We did not jump the gun. We have already filled two orders for this intake before you placed your order. We have a policy that we will not sell a new part if it is not avail from the manufacture. Edelbrock also will not give us pricing on a part that is not yet on the shelf. It appears Edelbrock sold there first batch & now we are just waiting for them to make another run on these. I do have an email into Edelbrock for you to try & find out what kind of time frame they have. If you ever need anything you can email me or call me. My ext is 6225.

Lemans, Edelbrock just got these in stock & shipped are order out on April 7. They do have more instock so i'm setting your order up to ship from Edelbrock direct to you. I would give it 5 to 7 Business days.

Scott, I emailed you using the address which you gave me in a previous post. I checked my address book and its the same as the one you list here so I can't explaine why you didn't recieve it. I didn't get an undeliverable notice so it went somewhere. I find it curious that it took a public forum to finally get the ball rolling when multiple contact to Summits customer service went ignored. In any case, thank you for your assistance. In 5-7 days all will be forgiven.

First of all if you look me up by my name you will see i take care of the Pontiac people. Secondly i looked you up by the part#. Since your listed as living in Scotts Michigan & we only had one order for that intake going to Scott's Michigan it wasn't to hard to figure out. I answer every email i get. Now i do know that there are some email addresses for what ever reason i don't rec there emails. I can't receive the emails that my mother sends from her work place for some reason. I've had my work email checked & they claim there are no blocks on my email. You can also email me at [email protected]..I'm sorry this didn't get taken care of sooner but its hard to help someone when you don't rec there emails. Again i apologize.

To answer how its getting paid for. It would be billed to the cc that was used on that order.
