what would a stock 1970 ram air 4 dyno at the wheels.has anyone dynoed there ram air 4 car ?

Somewhere around 325 hp, some more , some less but it´s well over 300.

Here's one from right here on the PY site. Not sure how stock this cars rebuild was, but it was a rear wheel dyno on a RA IV. Scroll to the bottom for the dyno numbers.
