I am looking to get some body work and floorpans installed in my '66 GTO that arrived late last night. Anyone know anyone in SE CT or RI that is good and isnt ridiculously priced? I have found a couple restoration places in the phone book but all are over an hour away from me and the floorpans are too bad to feel comfortable driving the car that far. Thanks for any help.

Try Golden Rods in Old Saybrook,Ct.It is right off of I-95.I saw some of their work on GTO's and was impressed.Prices seem resonable also.Ask for Chuck @ 860-399-1762.

If thats the place "golden rods" by Old glory boutique they are VERY PRICEY.
I have had friends quoted 30 grand for a resto on a car ready for paint Literally. It wasnt for a Concurs resto either. It may be a different place though as i cant recall the exact name but Im sure there isnt that many resto places in old saybrook.
