Ok i took the step of pulling my engine and having it machined and all that good stuff well its taken longer then i thought and my cars been sitting for about 4 months and i noticed my paint peeling in some places and hte metal started to show through... Any way in those places rust is starting to appear whats the best method of finding a solution to that problem also i was wondering if any one knew on where to find a wiring harness a nice after market one or orginal wiring harness that i might be able to buy ...

Unfortunately, what you see is usually only the tip of the iceberg. You need to strip all the paint from those areas and see how bad the rust is. If it's very bad, replacement metal is the only sure fix.
