I have a 69 judge with the battery cable going through the drivers side exhaust header. Is that the correct route for the cable?.I have seen a battery cable guide that mounts on the drivers side fender.I think this is the right route, but I'm not sure.

The positive battery cable on all ram air engines runs down in front of the block and back to the starter thru the cable guide which is attached to the engine mount on the drivers side. The factory manifolds didnt leave any room between the manifold and the block for the cable to go thru as it does on a non ram air engine.
