I have about 1000 miles on my new engine and now it sounds like I have a bad lifter. I pulled the valve covers and re-adjusted the rockers while it was running. The sound is still there. On the #5 cylinder I didn't have any oil coming out of the push rod. I adjusted the nut down until oil started to pump out. Is that a sign of a bad lifter or what? Any advise would be appreciated.
