I just put disc brakes off a 72 cutlass on my 67 lemans. I used the spindles, master cylinder, proportioning valve for the 72. I did buy rebuilt calipers & master cylinder. The problem I am having is getting a good pedal. I am not sure if I have the prop valve hooked up correctly. It was a little different than the 67. I have bled the system & get fluid from all the bleeders, but you cant feel the pedal go down when i bleed the front. There is a rubber covered plunger on the front of the prop valve. Does this have anything to do with it? Thanks for any help.

prop valve connections:

small line in top is front disc line in from the master, 2 small lines out one end at 45 degree angles are to front calipers

large line in top is rear drums line in from the master, large line out on other end is line out to rear drums

pedal should go down when you crack any bleeder
