Long story short. Advertised for a transmission. Guy said he had one for $150 plus $100 shipping. Cut a check and 4 weeks later he tells me his brother in law stole it from him and he would refund my money. Never did, given the guy almost 5 months to make good and he never did. He hasn't shown his face around here under that username since, but the guy's still a crook.
