I opened up my trunk today and found a little bit of water on the trunk mat. I started looking around for the source and literaly climbed into the trunk for a close look. I found that under the rear window the metal is rusting away. There are dime-sized holes at either corner and it looks like their were brackets that connected the wheel wells to the rear deck that are half gone as well. This is not visible from the outside at all. What can be done to correct this? Do I have to cut it all out and have new steel welded in?
